Would ya look at that?!

My first blog post... Yes, I decided to start blogging again. It was so overdue. There is never a dull moment in my life so I feel its best to write about it. Where do I begin?

2015 has been an eventful yet amazing year and God has had my back the entire time. I've loved, i've traveled, i've hurt, i've lost and gained weight, i've partied, i've learned, i've gained and lost friends, but most importantly i've lived and i've grew. Personal growth is very important to me. I know who I am and I know my worth.

It's such an amazing feeling to look back at where you used to be and where you are now in every aspect of life; relationships, finances, accomplishments, career etc. and be like DAMN, remember when I used to be tripping over this? Remember when my bank account was always overdrawn? Remember when I used to care about what people thought? Remember when I used to cry all the time? Remember when I used to argue with everyone who tried to cross me? Remember when I used to entertain losers? Remember when I used to be afraid to speak up at work or challenge someone I didn't agree with? Remember when I used to live in that shitty ass apartment because that's all I could afford? Remember when I used to always wake up with a hangover? (Well I still do sometimes, but I know how to fix them now lol).

Look at me now zaddy... I pick and choose my battles wisely, I stopped crying over boys, I budget my money properly, I put in effort to relationships I care about and ignore those that aren't good for me, I connect with like minded people, I read self help books and articles, I listen to motivational and inspirational podcasts, I walk around at work like I am the CEO, I travel where I want, when I want and with who I want, I get into different shit on the weekends, I drink dark now and stopped messing with white; I essentially live everyday like it is my last.

As the new year approaches, I want to focus more on trying new things, continuing to grow, visiting some new countries, spending more time with loved ones, and hitting more strip clubs. Jk. What are some of your plans? I'll leave you with some things to consider for setting your new year plans...
